Oh it is sooo funny when Wroxham parade their new signings then get spanked away at Brantham, love it. Perhaps now that your out of the cups and now the league you should accept the fact that your over paying some very average players, both in the reserves and 1st team. I can see the end for Wroxham FC in the near future...have heard club funds for players are coming to an end!!! ?? ;D

for the first time ever i toatlly agree with the above post , 2nd rate performance from a 2nd rate side , the conduct and decsions of the management team both on and off the pitch are diabolical .

Sorry chaps i might be wrong but these verbal attacks sound slightly personal. If you have reasonable points about these recent performances, can you please convey across in a more digestible form so we call all understand and analyse them in a half sensible manner. Im sure no one is pleased with the bad results at the moment but ranting and sounding slightly juvenile doesnt promote any way of rectifying the situation. Not being patronising or trying to be the Wroxham FC PR machine, just want to see if real mistakes can be put right through the correct dialogue. Ie. Examples and your views on where you think its all going wrong.

Ok Blue Physio, it is my opinion that Wroxham FC are fading very fast due to a number of factors, but predominantly the following:
- Ageing senior players relied upon to perform week in and week out without quality back up. - An unbalanced squad with 5 potential 1st team centre forwards with another 1 on loan at St Andrew - is this the premiership..?? Oh and this is forgetting John Curtis who has yet to be seen.. - An unbalanced squad now trying their 5th Left back and 3rd rightback of the season. - An unbalanced squad with an over reliance on Challen and Carus as well as Hilton and the Keeper..oh and Pauling and Howes.. - Poor quality back up to the first team who have been sold dreams only to beef up a squad of players - Disharmony growing in the squad as promises have been made and not kept - Money running out
The list is endless...
Sorry but this is my opinion..

Good points over rated, and at the end of the day these people ask us to post on this forum then bite when we put an opinion, and it is an opinion when someone posts which we should all remember, you guys wanted banter. Reel em in over rated Wroxham still believe, they will finish where? Will they catch Dereham (who are poor at the moment?)

Exactly, i think Dereham will go on and get promoted, well i hope they do as they have the right mentality and approach to a, the club structure and b, to having achievable ambitions...
Yeah, comments are sought and we are providing them but then get shot down when their aired!?!?!?!?!?!

Please forgive me for being thick, but i can not see where any of the above posts have been shot down , my learned friend just suggested you put your opinions in to a easier text so we can digest these, you did, and i am sure these opinions have been taken on board.
there is no doubt we are struggling at present, but we will treat every game with the same preperation in hope we can turn the corner and put a good shift in until the end of the currant campaign , I still believe we have a strong squad both young and old to do this, of cause , this is only my opinion !!!

Also was great to see Dereham win through to the senior cup final, i must point out their two goal scorers, Starling who was at Mattishall last season, and Kyle Downes who was at St Andrews (on the door step of Wroxham)..

Thanks for suport Jc. Must agree no one is shooting down your opinions-Its good to see that people are posting on here. Can i just ask Overated and Golden Boy if they are fans or is their opinion simply an outsiders view? Good strong points in there. Although some i dont agree with and some are not true ie. James Bulman ,as far as i know, went to St Andrews for personel reasons not "on Loan" as it is suggested. Also John "Bertie" Curtis has played 2 or 3 games but came to the club with a slight injury and is still trying to get fit-Obviously our posters dont get to see many Reserve games or they might have known this and perhaps also seen there is a fair bit of back up quality in there and not kids sold dreams! Turbulant times for sure but as it is said " There is never progress without struggle" .

I feel people are being way OTT with regard to Wroxham. The expectation level is far to high. The Glory days have gone, and for a place the size of Wroxham to even compete at Ridgeons Level is an acheivment in itself. Dereham are a Club with ambition, and a ground etc to match. It would be great to see the number 2 club in Norfolk ( jointly with Kings Lynn) move up to the next level of non league Football. Who knows if Kings Lynn also go up we could have 2 on the next step of the ladder.
I feel the days of big money being paid out at this level of football are gone. It has snowballed out of control over the years, with average players picking up silly money, and more so directors/committe memebers of these Clubs willing to pay it. Every week we are seeing yet another non league Club in trouble, and its all done to spending money they havent got.
Thoughts anyone ?

Dereham have to come above Leiston to gain promotion, have you actually looked at League table. Do you think this will happen - just a question

I came to watch the Dereham v Wroxham game and have to say i came away dissappointed with Wroxham, i always thought they were a footballing team but i saw no evidence of this, all they seemed to do was knock it long and when this didn't work they decided to put 2 big guys upfront and knock it long, and when this didn't work guess what?......They put 3 big guys upfront and continued to knock it long even though it was clear it wasn't working. All i could hear from the bench was PUT MORE SNOW ON IT. Why?
