Good start today against Downham with a 6-1 win or was it 5?
Anyway all our goals came in the first period with some classy football and good finishing particularly Danny Boswell's screamer! Bossed the second half with a much changed side but some very poor finishing as Downham scored the only goal.
What did others think?
Next game at Cromer on Tues k.o. 7-45pm

An okay performance i thought Olly king looked sharp up front and took all his three goals well. First half was a little lacking in movement of the ball sharply but second half when Danny white and Ben Carver came on you had more pentration up top but did not take your chances it could have been 10. I thought Downham were poor just huffed and puffed.

Thanks Yachtsman, would be a good idea to keep the website/forum updated with match reports inc. starting line ups, although i do understand that this does depend upon volunteers and time.

Exactly! Unfortunately my time is taken up with too many other duties but I would gladly help/train any volunteers willing to write any reports or keep the site up-to-date

Wroxham beat Cromer 5-2 goals coming from, king 2 cook eastaugh and latimer. The 1st half was fairly even in which cromer took advantage of some poor defending. The 2nd half was one way traffic with wroxham playing some tidy football.

agree with your assessment, swordfish, but, in cromer's defence, we were blowing out of our backsides in the second half, whereas you'd put an entirely new team on the pitch for the second period!

Both 1st and reserves lost tonight in what was a good test of resources!
The 1st team went down 2-1 at Lowestoft (Graham Challen) while the reserves lost by the same score at East Harling with a well taken goal from 16 year old Jack Hubbard.
Harling's hospitality was excellent with particular thanks to Chairman Graham Jubb and his wife.
